Moet & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2004.

The vintage Grand Vintage Rosé 2004 is the 39th vintage rosé champagne house Moët & Chandon. U n champagne that perfectly reflects his years .

Assembly of 45% Pinot Noir, 31% Chardonnay and 24% Pinot Meunier, this is a wine that has a nose on  amyl and fruity notes .

Found including traditional flavors of red fruits, but also more toasty notes.

The second nose, a slight presence of brioche aromas appears. On the palate, after a sharp attack, we find a rounder wine, structured, fruity notes. This is a very nice mouth.  Final stretches languorously on a  mineral and spicy touch .

Cheers,
