Rum Sixty Six: a gem of the Caribbean!

This rum was produced in one of the oldest factories Caribbean rum, Foursquare Rum Distillery on the island of Barbados. Its quality is quite to that required by the Chateau du Breuil that distributes this rum in France.

This 12 year old rum was distilled after fermentation in small batch and aged in small barrels of American white oak. American white oak with the distinction of having a tannic structure similar to vanillin, where vanilla aromas. This rum has an unparalleled complexity and maturity.

A beautiful bright amber color, Rum Sixty Six is distinguished by a rich and aromatic nose with notes of grape, plum, molasses but also vanilla and wood. On the palate, the flavors are strong, very active, vanilla and robust oak. It as 40% Vol.

Average retail price: between 55 and 60 € tax per bottle of 70 cl.

A real favorite.

Cheers,
